Our dogs are all AKC registered, and our puppies come with Limited AKC registration.   AKC is the only purebred dog registry in the United States maintaining systematic investigations and inspections. The AKC conducts thousands of inspections each year to ensure compliance with standards that support the safety, welfare, and health of dogs throughout the country. 

Additionally, the American Kennel Club and its affiliates have donated over $38 million to canine health research and $7 million to pet disaster relief.

Deposits received now for the Reserved list will be in line for our Spring and Summer 2024 litters.

**You can always hold your place in line on our Reserved list by placing a $200 deposit, which will be applied to the purchase price of the puppy you choose when your turn comes.**  

Puppies are always chosen based on the order deposits are received.  The Reserved list ALWAYS gets to make their choices before any puppies are made available to the general public.  We normally have deposits one to two litters ahead, so this is the way to have the best chance to get the puppy you are hoping for when we have new litters available.

 

  

SPRING 2024 Current Available Puppies

 

 

  

We currently have SIX puppies currently available from our three spring litters total of 16 puppies!

 

 We have two longhair black/cream boys from Mayim's litter, two smooth shaded cream girls from Dora's litter, one shaded cream smooth boy from Mayim's litter, and one that appears to be a smooth "wild boar" at this time (but could be a very heavily shaded cream) from Lilly's litter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Spring 2024 Expected Litters

 

Dora and Mayim are both expecting litters toward the end of February, sired by Draco.  Dora's litter will be an all-smooth litter and will be her final litter.  She will be retired and spayed after this litter, and most likely will be staying here after retirement.  Mayim's litter can have both longhair and smooth puppies.

 

 

 

Following a couple of weeks later in early March, Lilly is expecting her first litter, sired by Zion.  Lilly is a smooth black/cream from Shira's line.  Since both parents are smooth, we would expect the majority of their pups to be smooth but both parents do carry longhair. 

  

 

2023 Litters

 

 Kali Lou and Neville.  This was an all chocolate and chocolate piebald litter.  No pups are still available from this litter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Piper and Neville.  She had a solid black longhair female, a longhair ee cream piebald male, and a smooth cream piebald female.  I kept the longhair solid black female RAVEN from this litter.  Piper was retired after this litter, and has been placed with a wonderful family.

 

 

 

And Dora had a litter also sired by Neville.  As always, hers was an all smooth litter.  No pups are available from this litter.

2022 LITTERS

MAYIM and ZION had a new litter born December 11th, 2022. They had five beautiful puppies, all have gone home with the forever families.  NO PUPS ARE AVAILBLE FROM THIS LITTER.

  

  

And LUNA and SEVERUS had a new litter of three born December 16th, 2022.  This was Luna's final litter, she has now been retired.  NO PUPS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS LITTER.

   

 

Piper had a litter born the day after Christmas, again sired by Magic.  

NO PUPS FROM THIS LITTER ARE AVAILABE.

  

  

Shami and Magic had five puppies, three girls and two boys.   ALL PUPS HAVE GONE HOME WITH THEIR FOREVER FAMILIES. NONE ARE AVAILABLE.

    

                    

My smooth blue dapple Luna and the Schreibers smooth cream Draco (he is Foxfyre's son) - had three adorable babies.  NO PUPS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS LITTER.

                          

                        

2021 SPRING LITTERS

We had two beautiful spring litters in 2021. Shami had a litter of longhair puppies sired by Henry - a very handsome shaded cream male belonging to the Schreiber Dachshund Ranch. All pups have been sold and have now gone home with their forever families.

 

 

And Dora had another beautiful litter of all smooth puppies sired by Magic.  She also has four, two boys and two girls.  All puppies from this litter have also been sold and have now gone home with their forever families.

    

 

2020 FALL LITTER

Piper and Magic had a beautiful litter of piebald puppies, born October 2020.  All puppies in this litter were spoken for from our Reserved list.

 

  

2020 Summer Litters

We had two beautiful litters born a week apart in May 2020.  All pups were spoken for from our Reserved list with deposits in place before the puppies were born.  NO PUPS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THESE LITTERS.

 

 

 

Dora had another large litter of six sired by Magic. NO PUPS FROM THIS LITTER ARE AVAILABLE.

 

     

 

2020 Spring Litter

Piper and Zion's babies arrived on 2-10-2020.  Ebony, Ivory and Harmony have all left with their forever families and are adjusting well with their new families.  No puppies are still available from this litter.    

 

       

 

 2019 Fall Litters

Shami and Lilac's recent fall litters have all now been adopted, and are living the good life with their new families.  NO PUPPIES AVAILABLE FROM THESE LITTERS.

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

Dora and Foxfyre's summer 2019 litter of smooth ee creams and black/creams have all been adopted.  NO PUPS STILL AVAILABLE.

   

   

 

 

Those on our Reserved list always have first choices from all of our new litters!  They are contacted when a new litter arrives.  The average wait time after placing a deposit is between 3 and 6 months. 

We have several of our girls in local Guardian homes and also network with a few other local breeders whose dogs share our bloodlines or who have litters sired by our males.  Their litters are also available to those on our Reserved list.  So if you have been thinking about getting in line for one of our puppies, now is the perfect time!

 

About Jo-Jac Miniature Dachshunds:

We are a small family kennel specializing in exceptional AKC Registered English Cream miniature dachshunds with championship pedigrees from imported bloodlines.  Although we love and raise other colors as well, these beautiful, gentle and intelligent “blonde dachshunds” have quickly become our passion!  We raise both longhair and smooth mini dachshunds, and we are located in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area of North Central Texas.

We raise only a few puppies at a time.  This allows us to focus our attention on raising quality, well adjusted puppies.   Our puppies receive the individual love and attention that equips them to grow into happy, well adjusted adult dogs.  Our puppies will quickly become treasured members of their new families!

Puppies receive all age-appropriate shots administered by a licenced veterinarian before they leave our home.  Our vet gives all puppies their first shots between 6 and 8 weeks of age.  He also performs a health exam on each puppy at that time, and our puppies come with health guarantees.

Our puppies are always raised in our home as members of the family.  With the puppy play-yard a permanent fixture in our family room, our babies always receive plenty of loving attention.  They expect to be picked up the minute anyone comes into the room!

We live on a large creek lot with plenty of trees in the DFW Metroplex area of Texas.  The adult dogs enjoy a large fenced yard when they are not indoors.  Our yard is cross fenced so that the girls can be separated from the boys when necessary and all of our dogs have plenty of room to run and play, and none have to be confined to small pens or kennels during the day.
